Gavin Cummiskey and Cliona Foley joined Joe Molloy on Off the Ball for the Sunday Paper Review.
One of the major talking points was, naturally, the Lions win over New Zealand in Wellington to bring the series to a decider next weekend.
Sonny Bill Williams' sending-off was arguably the turning point in the match after he recklessly shoulder-charged Anthony Watson in the first half.
Cummiskey was quick to praise the referee's decision despite the input of his assistants.
"I was almost obsessed with Jerome Garces," he said, adding: "He's the best referee in the world and he was put under enormous pressure after Sonny Bill's absolute clear-cut red card. He thought he was playing rugby league.
"David Walsh deals with it at the back of the Sunday Times going surely New Zealand should have gotten their arms around the fact that Sonny Bill needs to get his arms around tackles! They normally leave no stone unturned when they prepare their players.

Looking back on the incident itself, he said: "Sonny Bill went for his "King" rugby league hit and got red-carded but when it happened...(Jaco) Peyper, who I really don't think should be allowed near an All-Blacks game ever again.
"He's the referee from November as well in Dublin where Sam Kane got a penalty given against him - even though 'letter of the law' then said 'yellow', now it's 'red' - where Malakai Fekitoa swang mid-air on Zebo and got a yellow card when it was a clear red.
"He came onto the pitch and Garces looked at the incident, he got 'check,check' from the TMO going 'stop play, this is a serious incident'. He stopped play, Sexton made sure everyone on the pitch knew about it.
"He looked at it, he turned around to his two touch judges - the other French guy and Peyper and goes 'I think it's a red card'. And Peyper was like 'ummmm, maybe go back up (to the TMO) and he's is looking at him going 'I need you now more than ever'. He bottles it all the time when it comes to discipline.
