As another international break comes and goes, the Jack Grealish issue still hangs over Ireland and England.
While both football associations wait for him to make up his mind, his agent Jonathan Barnett, who also represents Gareth Bale, made pointed comments about what the Welsh star sacrificed financially by overlooking an international career with England.
"When we first got together when [Bale] was 15, we talked about whether he was going to play for England or Wales. I nearly got my head bitten off by his dad, who is fanatically Welsh, and his mum," said Barnett at a Soccerex Convention.
"He could have qualified through his grandmother and I tell you that it has cost him millions and millions of pounds. You can imagine what it would have been like if he were playing for England next summer in the Euros... but he does love playing for Wales."
And in fairness, Bale is the man responsible for putting Wales within a couple of points of qualifying for Euro 2016, their first major tournament since 1958.
