Republic of Ireland manager Martin O'Neill says Jack Grealish is some way off making the step up to senior international football.
The Aston Villa midfielder has intimated he is nearly ready to declare for the Boys in Green, having represented Ireland at underage level.
Grealish also qualifies for England, but O'Neill says the 19-year old needs more games under his belt at Villa before he can make the step up.
"I think you'd have to assess someone starting a game of football for a number of matches rather than coming on and showing little bits or rather than starting in a game and lasting 65 minutes or something like that. So, I would reserve judgement," said O'Neill.
