Manchester United have finally confirmed that Bastian Schweinsteiger and Morgan Schneiderlin have both joined the club.
Schweinsteiger signs a three-year contract after leaving Bayern Munich, while it's a four-year deal for Schneiderlin who leaves Southampton after seven seasons at St Mary's.

The two midfielders are believed to have cost United a total of just under £40M and they have joined fellow new signings Memphis Depay and Matteo Darmian in the United squad that travels today to the US on a pre-season tour.

David De Gea is also included in that travelling party, as no offer from Real Madrid has been forthcoming for the Spanish goalkeeper.
With the two midfield arrivals, manager Louis van Gaal is well stocked in that department and it leaves the forward line as the key area to fill as a result of Robin Van Persie's departure for Fenerbahce.
