Mark Yeates says he’s hoping for Liverpool in tonight’s FA Cup fifth-round draw following Bradford City’s incredible victory over Chelsea on Saturday.
The Dubliner scored the Bantams’ last goal in a stunning 4-2 victory at Stamford Bridge. League One side Bradford had trailed by two goals, but Yeates says Blues boss Jose Mourinho was a true sportsman in defeat.
“Jose was a touch of class,” the 30-year-old told The Herald. “He came into our dressing-room and shook everyone’s hand.
“He just said we showed a lot of character and deserved to win.
“For us, players in League One, to have the Chelsea manager come into our dressing-room and praise us is a big deal.”

Liverpool drew their fourth round tie with Bolton over the weekend and the Merseysiders now face a replay at Macron Stadium.
“I’m a Liverpool fan so the draw I’d love is Liverpool at Anfield, if they get through,” said Tallaght man Yeates.
Of that unforgettable fourth goal, he added: “We knew that goal was the one that sealed it for us so everyone went a bit crazy after I scored.”
