A dossier sent to the FA as part of an investigation into transfers at Cardiff could ruin Malky Mackay's chances of ever managing again.
The Scot had been linked with Crystal Palace but the Londoners have cooled their interest after it emerged the FA were investigating Mackay and his former Head of recruitment at Cardiff Ian Moody.
The Daily Mail is reporting that among the evidence are several homophobic, racist and sexist texts between Mackay and Moody.
