It's the Monday after the end of the regular season, and that can only mean one thing: NFL franchises are firing their coaches and general managers.
The term Black Monday began to be used in the late 1990s for the day after the regular season when coaches were shown the door and, while the NFL does not endorse the phrase, it has still become a ritual for most of the franchises, who chose to do their dirty business today and get it over with.
With Gus Bradley and Jeff Fisher already fired earlier in the season, there are still a few coaches who face the chop today.
So, who's gone, who's staying and who's in danger?
San Francisco
Chip Kelly's San Francisco finished the season with a 2-14 record and, despite it being his first season in charge and having to make do with a sub-par, injury ravaged roster, the 49ers have decided not to give Kelly any extra time to figure things out in California.
Similarly, general manager Trent Baalke was also fired by the franchise. Although he had success early on with Jim Harbaugh in charge, the two clashed and Harbaugh left. Since then Baalke brough in Jim Tomsula, who lasted one season, and Chip Kelly, who also lasted one season. The rather poor roster didn't help either coach.
Denver Broncos
One year after winning the Super Bowl, head coach Gary Kubiak has decided to retire. Speaking in his post-match press conference, Kubiak was clear that this year had been a very difficult one on him, with NFL's Ian Rapoport reporting that the health problems he dealt with played a part in the decision.
Although Kubiak said he would officially address the situation on Monday, players were tweeting their messages of support for the coach after last night's game.

That leaves the Broncos with a vacancy to fill, with Washington's Sean McVay apparently on their radar.
Expect Redskins OC Sean McVay to generate interest. Rams have already touched base on him. Broncos likely to check in on him as well.

San Diego Chargers
While the Chargers may be considering a move away from San Diego, Mike McCoy's time in the city is definitely up. He lead the team to a 9-7 finish in his first year in charge, but hasn't been able to get them back to the promised land of the playoffs in any of the other three years he has been head coach there.
In a statement, team president John Spanos said: "The decision to dismiss Mike was made in the best interests of our franchise. Our team's disappointing performance has not matched this team's potential and has fallen short of the demanding standards that we seek to impose throughout our organization."
Indianapolis Colts
Chuck Pagano may be in the firing line in Indianapolis. Vocal owner Jim Irsay is said to be unhappy with the way the team finished out the year and despite giving him a new deal this past off-season, they may already be looking to make some changes.
Speaking after his team rallied to beat the Jacksonville Jaguars, Pagano refused to address the issue of his future with the team.
Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jaguars have a lot of work to do if they're going to get through all the names they've been linked with in the last few hours.
Offensive coordinator for the New England Patriots, Josh McDaniels, is a popular man as there are a lot of teams looking to fill some vacancies.
Once again, Ian Rapoport is on the case, and it seems he'll be meeting with the 49ers, Rams and Jaguars this week.

Meanwhile, the Jags are also apparently in line to talk with Kyle Shanahan, while interim coach Doug Marrone has already had dinner with owner Shad Khan and is reported to be getting a second meeting in order to put his case forward to be head coach going into the 2017 season.
Los Angeles Rams
Sean Payton looks to have finished his time with the New Orleans Saints, and there is reportedly interest between him and the Rams as they look for a replacement for Jeff Fisher.
There has been widespread speculation that Payton would be leaving New Orleans, and according to Ian Rapoport, the Saints would be willing to trade him for "moderate compensation."
However, Washington's Sean McVay may also be on the radar for the Rams, who are also interested in speaking to him.
Buffalo Bills
After firing Rex Ryan last week, the Bills are in line to make former Jaguars coach Gus Bradley an offer. However, given they've already brought in Anthony Lynn as head coach, Bradley would join as coordinator for their defence.
