Incoming Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has been cleared of a charge of doing nothing to prevent match fixing in Italy.
He always denied any wrongdoing in the case which went back to his time in charge of Siena.
His Italy assistant manager Angelo Alessio has also been cleared.
While he was the boss at Juventus, Conte was banned for four months in a separate case of failing to report fixing.
He will arrive at Stamford Bridge this summer after leading Italy at Euro 2016.
His Italy side will take on Martin O'Neill's Ireland, Belgium and Sweden in Group E, with the Ireland game on June 22nd.
