The executive council of the Olympic Council of Ireland say they will not view the independent report into the ticket arrangements for the Rio Olympics.
Instead, the independent report being carried out by Grant Thornton will be passed directly to Judge Carroll Moran.
A statement released this evening by the OCI states: "At no point has the OCI Executive Committee had sight of the report. It is expected that the completed report will be with Judge Moran by 15 November."
A separate report, conducted by Deloitte, into governance at the organisation has been completed and a draft will be reviewed by members in the coming days.
Once the committee has reviewed it for "factual accuracies" it will then be published.
