Roma pulled off the impossible on Wednesday night. Their incredible comeback produced the latest in a long line of viral videos of continental commentators losing their s***.
Trailing 4-1 from the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final against Barcelona, Edin Dzeko netted the crucial away goal at the Nou Camp. He then popped up to score to bring the Serie A side back into the tie.
The Italians doubled their lead through a Daniele De Rossi penalty, then came the winner 8 minutes from full-time. Kostas Manolas headed in at the near post to spark wild celebrations.
The incredible celebrations were not confined to the pitch but continued in the stands, outside the ground where the president of the club James Pallotta took a dip in a fountain. The scenes in the stadium and the Roma dressing room were also a joy to behold.
