Ireland trail France at the moment and for the most part, Irish fans are holding the referee accountable.
France have executed a physical assault on Ireland which has claimed Dave Kearney and Sean O'Brien thus far. In addition, Johnny Sexton found himself on the receiving end of a cynical hit when French second-row Yoann Maestri landed an illegal shoulder charge on the out-half just centimetres away from referee Jaco Peyper.
The head official however, just called advantage for Ireland and did not take any disciplinary action. It's quite the attritional encounter and here's how the Irish fans have assessed Peyper's performance so far.
Hearing from @cianmnews in Paris that the French fans (yes, the French fans) are unhappy with the referee. 9-3 to Ireland at the break.

Referee needs to show a yellow card here before some player gets seriously injured. French getting away with it so far.#IREvFRA #SixNations
