Premier League leaders Chelsea have two players listed among the nominees for PFA Player of the Year.
Diego Costa and Eden Hazard are joined by Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho, Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea, Tottenham's breakthrough striker Harry Kane and Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez on the six-man shortlist.

Four of those six players are also among the PFA Young Player nominees along with Liverpool's Raheem Sterling and Chelsea keeper Thibaut Courtois:
