Napoli (4) v Wolfsburg (1), Stadio San Paolo, 8.05pm
Before last weekend's game in Germany, Wolfsburg were tournament favourites despite the poor draw they got in the quarter finals.
Rafael Benitez's side provided the performance of the night with captain Marek Hamsik scoring twice to put the Italians in a commanding position. That was Wolfsburg's heaviest ever home defeat in Europe.
A Nicklas Bendtner consolation goal has given Dieter Hecking's side a glimmer of hope.
Benitez has spoken yesterday about Wolfsburg's ability to attack, mentioning the four goals they scored against Bayern Munich in January, and not taking the side lightly.
Both sides have injury worries but Wolfsburg will find the task of overcoming the three goal deficit even tougher without Andre Schurrle and Kevin de Bruyne.

Zenit St. Petersburg (1) v Sevilla (2), Stadio Petrovski, 8.05pm
Sevilla were given a fright at home last week, having to come from behind to beat the Ukrainians.
With the first leg performance of Wolfsburg, both sides will feel they have an even better chance of reaching the final and winning it.
Sevilla coach Unai Emery has stated his intentions of going all out tonight to win:
"We play to win in every competition. The Europa League is very important for us. We think about winning the next match."
Zenit will be delighted by the return of attacking duo Danny and Hulk to the side. Manage Andres Villas-Boas will feel confident of advancing with Portuguese and Brazilian back in the side.
Both sides play attacking football, and will be desperate to win another Europa League title.
The match of the night could very well be this one.

Dnipro (0) v Club Brugge (0), NSC Olimpiyskiy, 8.05pm
The Olympic Stadium in Kiev sees it's second Europa League clash in the space of eight days as Dnipro have played their European clashes in the Ukrainian capital.
Both sides are the least fancied sides left in the tournament and will see tonight's game as a perfect opportunity to write some club history.
Brugge may regret not scoring at home against a resolute defence, with the Ukrainians confident of overpowering the Belgian league leaders tonight.
Both managers have said they want to avoid extra time and penalties. Dont expect a lot of goals, but there should be a winner in 90 minutes.
Yevhen Seleznyov, Dnipro: "We know Brugge have not lost in this tournament but we hope we’ll show tomorrow they can be beaten." #UEL
