WATCH: Dez Bryant nails one-handed catch as Cowboys beat Detroit Lions

The Dallas Cowboys equalled a franchise-best 13 wins on Monday night with a 42-21 victory over the Detroit Lions and Dez Bryant was on hand to deliver one of the game's best moments.

Bryant was in scintillating form, returning 70 yards from just four catches and running in two touchdowns for his side.

The efficiency with which he returned scores from short periods of possession show his importance to the team and the 28-year-old will look back on his first touchdown of the night fondly.

Bryant fielded a 25-yard pass from Dak Prescott into the end zone and had to manage severe pressure from cornerback Johnson Bademosi.

Running at full tilt, Bryant reeled in the pass one-handed, fumbled it and then gripped it closely to his chest for the touchdown.

He is now five away from breaking the franchise's all-time record for touchdown receptions - Bob Hayes' total of 72 has been the benchmark since 1974.
