2016 will be a monumental year in golf. The sport returns to the Olympic Games for the first time since 1904. Memories will be made at the four majors and the year will culminate in the Ryder Cup.
Four players who are expected to star in the event in Minnesota are Jordan Spieth, Rory McIlroy, Henrik Stenson and Rickie Fowler. The four stars took park in a sponsors event ahead of the Abu Dhabi Championship as their rivalry started off in a light-hearted manner before the serious business of the year.

The idea of the "Rider Cup" was for the two teams (split between Europe and USA) to try and get their balls in the hole in the quickest time by travelling on buggy like contraptions.
Spieth and Fowler were victorious. Hopefully, that is not a bad omen for Darren Clarke and his Europe team ahead of the Ryder Cup.
