Will a 100,000 seater stadium host the McGregor-Aldo fight?

Everything's bigger in Texas, or so the say in the Lone Star State. The UFC may have taken that to heart as reports have emerged that Conor McGregor and Jose Aldo are set to fight in AT&T Stadium, the home of the Dallas Cowboys.

MMA Writer with Yahoo! Sports, Kevin Iole has reported overnight that the 100,000 seater stadium is in prime position to host the UFC Featherweight Title unification bout later this December.

Iole writes that the move may be down to a concert by Andrea Bocelli in the MGM Grand may force Dana White to look for an alternative venue. The Italian opera singer is scheduled to perform on December 5th in the MGM Grand. The UFC President has gone on record at his wish to host an event at the stadium and a unification bout between Aldo and McGregor may be enough to sell close to 50,000 tickets.

The home of the Dallas Cowboys has already hosted two Manny Pacquiao fights in 2010 and will host WWE's Wrestlemania 32 next year.
