"You can hear a fella opening a packet of crisps"

The Dublin footballers begin their Championship campaign against either Longford or Offaly in the Leinster quarter final. It's expected that Dublin will play all of their games in Croke Park for the year.

The last time Dublin played a Leinster Championship game outside of Croke Park was against in 2006.

Former Meath footballer Anthony Moyles and former Mayo midfielder David Brady joined Joe on Off the Ball last night to look ahead to this years Championship and the issue of Dublin playing games in Croke Park was brought up by a listener's text message.

They speak about the issue of playing in the stadium when the attendance is well under capacity, with Moyles stating he "used to detest" playing in the stadium when it was half full.

The Meathman said the he feels many Dublin players would like to play outside of Dublin but the Leinster Council voted against the measure by 22 votes to two.

Home advantage benefits the home team and Brady said that in the National League over a three year period the home side won 81% of the time.

Joe asks both men who he thinks will win the All Ireland in September with Brady saying Dublin will be victorious and Moyles stating it was to early to say.
