Everton manager Roberto Martinez says defensive mistakes cost them in last night's 5-2 defeat by Dynamo Kiev in Ukraine.
They lost 6-4 on aggregate in the Europa League last-16, with both Séamus Coleman and James McCarthy featuring for the Blues as they crashed out to leave the Premier League with no representatives in European competitions for the rest of this season.

The three-time Major winner carded an impressive 4-under-par 68 for his opening round at Bay Hill to sit just two shots off the frontrunner Morgan Hoffman.
Rory McIlroy is 2-under, Graeme McDowell is level par while Shane Lowry is 3-over.
