The High Court has heard the image of a missing Wexford woman was used without permission in a violent and pornographic American horror film.
The family of Statia Purcell are trying to stop further distribution of the film 'Wrong Turn 6: Last Resort' which they say is selling well in the run up to Halloween.

Man charged following false Ebola scare at Dublin Airport
A 56 year old man who was arrested in connection with an incident on board an aircraft at Dublin Airport today is expected to appear in court tomorrow morning.
He was arrested earlier along with 2 women in connection with an Ebola hoax on a plane from Milan.
