During the European Championship, John Duggan brings you a preview and tips for the top football games in association with Paddy Power...
When I watched Spain versus Sweden in Group E the other night, the first thing that came to my mind was the heat.
Spain had a clear advantage in that department and they owned the ball in Seville. Sweden had 15 percent possession of the football in the whole game. 15 percent!
However, Sweden are a resolute bunch and they had a couple of chances themselves - Marcus Berg missed a sitter in the second half.
So the challenge of Slovakia in Saint Petersburg will be a far more appetizing proposition for Janne Andersson's men.
The Slovaks were all heart against Poland in their opening game, with Milan Skriniar's goal a deserved winner. Who knows what would have happened if Grzegorz Krychowiak hadn't been sent off, but you play the hand you are dealt in football.
Of all the Swedes on show in the opening round, young striker Alexander Isak impressed me the most.
He has excellent close control and he also knows where the goal is - in 34 La Liga appearances for Real Sociedad last season, he found the net 17 times.
The 21-year-old has been on the scoresheet five times for his country and it looks as though he'll have a promising football career ahead of him.
I think Sweden will win, but they are odds on in the betting, and instead, Alexander Isak strikes me as value to score at any time in the 90 minutes.
Football recommendation: Alexander Isak to score at any time for Sweden against Slovakia in European Championship Group E - 9/5
