FAQs - Off The Ball on demand

Be sure to subscribe on your platform of choice. The available platforms are all independent subscriptions and do not interconnect. 

* I can't login to the app / website

If you can't login, try the following steps

  • If using one of our mobile apps, make sure you are on the latest app version by checking for an app update in either the App Store on iOS or PlayStore on Android.
  • Try resetting your password on any platform.
  • If you are still having trouble, use the email address above for Technical Issues.

* Can I trial Subscriptions

If you want to test out Subscriptions before you decide to purchase it, we offer the following options.

How to start a trial

To start a trial all you need to do is sign up Subscriptions using one of the following options above, either monthly via Off The Ball app or GoLoudPlayer.com

When your trial ends

When your trial period ends you will be automatically billed for access to Subscriptions

How to cancel during your trial?

If during your trial you don't want to continue using your Off The Ball Subscription once your trial is over, you can cancel at anytime.

All you need to do is cancel subscription on the platform that you signed up on.

  • GoLoudPlayer (Web) - Click on the gear icon to open your settings from the left hand side menu. Select Manage Subscriptions
  • iOS App - Cancel through Subscriptions in your phone settings
    • Copy and paste this URL on your iOS device
    • itms-apps://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
  • Android App - Cancel through Subscriptions in your phone settings / Play Store Account
  • Apple Podcasts - Cancel through Subscriptions in your Apple device settings

* Can I use my subscription across platforms?

If you sign up on the Off The Ball app / GoLoud Player, you can then login across your devices (note: not across platforms. ie an OTB app subscription does not include a YouTube membership) to access your subscription on mobile or web. 

If you sign up on a 3rd party platform, E.g Apple / Spotify / YouTube, your subscription will give you access to that platform only.

* How to cancel a Subscription

You can cancel your Subscriptions at any time. You can do this by un-subscribing from the platform you first started being a Subscriptions user on.

If you subscribed via your App store

All you need to do is cancel subscription on the platform that you signed up on.

  • GoLoudPlayer (Web) - Click on the gear icon to open your settings from the left hand side menu. Select Manage Subscriptions
  • iOS App - Cancel through Subscriptions in your phone settings -  HERE
  • Android App - Cancel through Subscriptions in your phone settings / Play Store Account
  • Apple Podcasts - Cancel through Subscriptions in your Apple device settings
  • YouTube - Cancel through www.youtube.com/paid_memberships

What happens once I cancel?

You will receive an email confirming you have stopped your subscription to Subscription and when your subscription will expire. You can check via your account settings when your subscription will end if you cancelled before your next billing date.
