'At the moment, I couldn't see myself managing any other county'

Does James Horan have many regrets from his time as manager of Mayo?

The 42-year-old resigned as the Connact county's manager after this year's semi-final replay defeat to Kerry, but he is keeping busy with the GAA/GPA Opel All Stars Tour.

Off The Ball's Dave McIntyre caught up with Horan and asked him about the highs and lows of his time in charge of Mayo.

"In one ways there's thousands of things you would probably regret or do different now," said the Ballintubber clubman, who used Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger as an example of his thoughts.

But he also touched on the potential of managing other counties at senior level in future and also gave his advice for new intercounty managers.

He also spoke about the future of the current Mayo crop of players and is happy with the place the county's senior football team is at in this moment in time.
