Former Clare hurler Davy O'Halloran has joined the county's football panel.
Manager Colm Collins confirmed to the Irish Examiner that he has come on board with the Banner footballers following his contentious exit from the hurling panel last month.
He departed the Banner panel last month after a disagreement over a punishment for an alleged breach of squad discipline, although the other player involved, Nicky O'Connell, has rejoined the hurlers.
O'Halloran becomes the sixth member of the 2013 All-Ireland Hurling championship side to make the move to the football panel.
