Ballboden St. Enda's 2-08
St. Vincent's 0-10
Ballyboden St. Enda's denied St. Vincents' charge for the three in a row as they came out on top in a thrilling Dublin Senior Championship Final encounter at Parnell Park.
Andrew Kerin goals in either half proved crucial as Ballyboden lifted the county title for the first time since 2009 after opening up a gap between the sides before withstanding the late Vincent's fight back.
It took the reigning champions 22 minutes to register a score and they trailed 1-07 to 0-03 at the interval, and they left themselves with too much of a mountain to climb in the second half, with Boden only scoring another 1-1.
Boden had Dublin senior stars Michael Dara McAuley, Conal Keaney, Stephen Hiney and Donegal goalkeeper Paul Durcan in their ranks. They will now face Louth champions St. Patrick's in the provincial quarter-final next week.
Ulster SFC Quarter-Finals
Last years All-Ireland Club finalists Slaughtneil were dumped out of the competition by Monaghan side Scotstown earlier today, with Darren Hughes' goal the all important score in Clones.
The Monaghan champions led by four at the break in a terrific game of football, as Hughes scored 1-4 giving Slaughtneil fullback Brendan Rodgers a nightmare day out.
The Derry side could never overturn the deficit and relinquish their hold on the Ulster crown.
Crossmaglen Rangers 2-15
Club football force Crossmaglen avoided an early fright and overturned a four point deficit to progress to the next round of the Ulster Championship, at the expense of Antrim champions Cargin.
Second half goals from Johnny Hanratty and Johnny Murtagh were decisive as they disposed of 14-man Cargin.
Naomh Conaill 1-11
Tyrone champions Trillick edged out Donegal side Naomh Conaill in a dramatic game in Ballybofey. Goals from Niall Gormley and Daire Gallagher were crucial as they edged to victory after Anthony Thompson was sent off for the Donegal champions.
Ciaran Thompson got the goal for Naomh Conaill but late points from Lee Brennan and Richard Donnelly ensured safe passage to the next round.
Down side Kilcoo ran out comfortable winners against Cavan champions Kingscourt, with the goals coming from Paul Devlin (2) and Jerome Johnston.
