'There's a relief that it's going to be played before Christmas'

It's almost Christmas, yet there is still one hurling County Final that still needs to be played out.

The Galway decider between reigning All Ireland champions Portumna and Gort throws in this Sunday, and to preview the game The Connacht Tribune's Stephen Glennon joined Oisin Langan to preview the match.

He analysed how conditions may affect both sides and which side is carrying the most momentum heading into the decider, as well as an in-depth focus on both sides' strengths.

Glennon also explained why the Galway County final is only taking place this late in the year and how frustrating the delay has been for both sides.
