Waterford advanced to the All-Ireland Hurling final after an impressive second half display saw them overcome Cork by 4-19 to 0-20 at Croke Park on Sunday.
Cork's Damien Cahalane was sent off early in the second half which was arguably the turning point in what was a close match up until that point.
Jamie Barron scored two of the Deise's goals and speaking to Off the Ball's Oisin Langan after the match, he said: "Ah look, at the start of the year, every team sets out to get to an All-Ireland. Luckily this year, we're the one's that have got there.
"At the end of the day, you want to be winning All-Ireland's, not just going up to them so that's our aim for the next three weeks - train hard and attack it from there.

"The red card is probably a massive turning point. When you look back at it now, it really opened up for us after that. They stayed in it for five minutes - took us a bit of time to adapt but once we got to grips with it and the patches of space that were there, we exploited them well and thankfully got over the line.
"We're after getting a good few games under our belt from the qualifiers which I suppose helped. Cork, with the five week lay-off, which probably isn't ideal for any team but look, we improved and we upped our work-rate a lot and that's probably one of the main things we worked on. And, thankfully, through that, we managed to get the win today.," he added.
