Is it advantage Kerry or Mayo?

While the decision to move the replay to Limerick has cast a long shadow, we cannot forget that the draw between Mayo and Kerry at Croke Park was as thrilling as they come.

Although the lead see-sawed somewhat between both sides throughout the match, the two All Ireland contenders could not be separated.

But which team will be happier and go into the replay with more fire in their belly?

Ex-Kerry forward Dara O'Cinneide and former Dublin star Mossy Quinn joined our own Wooly and Nathan Murphy in studio to analyse the match.

Mossy ranks it as the game of the Championship so far, while O'Cinneide cited relief from a Kerry respective as the Kingdom show of character to get a draw from a losing position.

And of course there was the talking point of the red card for Mayo's Lee Keegan.

"I think Mayo deserve great credit. I also think it was important that Lee Keegan was sent off before half-time. I think if he was sent off in the first five minutes of the second half, I don't know if they would have been able to recover," said Mossy, who added that the Connacht champions moved towards a running game in a strong second half showing - a running game that Wooly believes is second nature to the Mayo players.

But Wooly also believes that Mayo are afraid of Kerry based on Sunday's evidence, although Mossy reckons it was more of a wariness of Kerry star James O'Donoghue.

The lads also discussed question marks over Mayo's ability to close out games, with O'Cinneide seeing that as a false perception.

They also looked ahead to Saturday's replay and Mossy believes that while both sides can take positives from the drawn game, Mayo may be aided by the six-day turnaround.
