Kilkenny senior hurlers Easter Sunday resurrection against Wexford on Slaneyside sees Brian Cody's side into their first Allianz Hurling League Division 1 final since 2014.
Surprising in some ways really, given Wexford's recent record against the Cats and their spring form, but it's a long road that has no turn, revenge is a dish best eaten cold etc.
While getting to a League Final will be a super end to the season for Kilkenny, beating Tipperary in the decider would be the cherry on top.

Limerick came within touching distance of a League final and there is no question John Kiely's charges will have a big say in the summer.
Extra-time was required in a Semple thriller with Tipp squeezing through the other semi.
Tipp appeared to gain a significant upper hand on the Shannonsiders at regular intervals during the contest, but full credit goes to a resilient Limerick side who stayed the course.
Just the puc of a ball in it in the end, as the Premier advanced on a scoreline of Tipperary 2-31 Limerick 1-31.

The form of Limerick - having won five consecutive games in division 1B while also dumping Clare out in the quarter-finals - suggested that Tipperary would be presented with a stern examination of their credentials and they were.
The fact that the shannonsiders fired eleven wides and had four shots dropped short indicates how close Michael Ryans side came to losing the match in normal time.
But the Premier boss has also done a great job in reworking his panel this spring and will now have the ultimate test at the weekend on noreside where there's likely to be standing room only.
Some quality hurling in Thurles will do neither Munster side any harm.

Then there's the Dubs. Now in possession of their 13th Allianz Football League Division 1 title after a serious challenge from Galway.
After Niall Scully got his marching orders for a second yellow-card, Galway’s Barry McHugh slung over a free to cut his team’s deficit to just a single point with 20 minutes of normal time remaining and thr crowd was in a frenzy.
It was all square with 15 minutes left. Cuteness up front might have enabled Galway to create a shock result but it was Dublin who found a finishing surge down the home straight even though they had a man less. An 18 points to 14 win for Jim Gavins side but what a learning experience for Gallimh.
