'Tomás Ó'Sé is after lulling the whole country into a false sense of security'

This Sunday Cork square up against Kerry in the Munster final in Kilarney and both sides have announced their starting fifteens.

The Kingdom have made five changes which includes the omissions of Colm Cooper and Anthony Maher. Kerry's bench contains five starters from last year's All-Ireland final against Donegal.  Brian Kelly, Aidan O’Mahony, Paul Murphy, Anthony Maher and Paul Geaney will all have to settle for a place on the sidelines.

For Cork Eaoin Cadogan and Fintan Goold return at full back and midfield. Former All Ireland winner with Cork and Irish Examiner columnist, Michael Quirke, spoke to us about the Kerry changes and what kind of game he thinks it will be.

"There was word filtering out that there was going to be a lot of heads rolling after the team selection and Colm was one that didn't overly shock me," Quirke told Newstalk. "He's coming back from a serious, serious injury and I think this will be a better way to ease him back into action you know maybe 20 minutes into the game just to give him that feel back, because he didn't look ready against Tipperary for me."

Quirke continued, stating his belief that the game won't be a straight forward win for Kerry and that Tomás Ó'Sé has convinced people that it will be an easy win for the Kingdom.

"Tomás Ó'Sé is after lulling the whole country into a false sense of security that Kerry are going to win this game by 15 points. I odn't see it anywhere close to something like that because if Cork poay the way they're capable of playing and that they have done in the last league game against Kerry I just think they have the guys in the inside full forward line that are capable of hurting Kerry," Quirke said.

This Sunday's Munster final will be broadcast live on Newstalk.
