Tomás Ó Sé: Crowley could be given special job to mark Aidan O'Shea

Five-time All-Ireland winner Tomás Ó Sé reckons Peter Crowley might have been specially selected in the Kerry team that was named this evening to neutralise the threat of Mayo's Aidan O'Shea in Sunday's semi-final.

"I was surprised when Peter Crowley was dropped in the first place, I think he’s an outstanding prospect. He’s strong and he’s fit and if you look at last year’s game against Dublin, Paul Flynn, who, in my eyes, is one of the best forwards in the game constantly for the last four or five years, he didn’t give him a kick so I think maybe if they’re thinking of putting him on Aidan O’Shea or something and doing a job of him, he’s the kind of guy that can focus in on those kind of things" said Ó Sé on Off the Ball tonight.

"Moynihan was unbelievable at timing shoulders but this guy has it as well, he can time a shoulder. I’d be two seconds late and that’s why I was getting red cards!"

Tomás Ó Sé was a guest on a Liberty Insurance Off the Ball Roadshow this evening which was broadcast live from Knockranny House Hotel in Westport, Co. Mayo. You can listen to the full panel discussion (featuring Ó Sé and David Brady) previewing Sunday's match below.
