WATCH: London side St. Kiernan's could make history this weekend

GAA is becoming a global game, with clubs based all over the world, and St Kiernan's of London are among them.

Fitting a grueling training schedule into your every day life is a challenge for any club player, but in the English capital, things are slightly more complicated, given there's no local pitch for the nightly session.

Captain Adrian Moyles spoke to AIB about the challenges of playing for a team based abroad, but how much pride they feel as they continue to make historic steps for the club and the GAA outside Ireland.

Born and raised in London, Moyles played for Chelsea when he was younger and is one of eight players born in the capital who play for St. Kiernan's.

Kiernan's will take on Slaughtneil of Derry this weekend in the quarter-finals of the All-Ireland club championship. Should they manage to win, they would be the first team from London to reach that stage of the competition.
