As the legend prepares to retire, one statistic really showcases AP McCoy's greatness.
For every season that the 40-year-old has been a professional, he has been Champion Jockey, beating every other competitor for the most race wins in a season.
Given that the Antrim native rode his first winner all the way back in 1992, his achievements and longevity are simply astonishing.
"It's remarkable. Nobody else has been champion since he started riding over in Britain," said Off The Ball's racing pundit Donn McClean tonight.
"All the figures ... the fastest 100, the fastest 150, fastest 200 ... 4,300 winners is just unbelievable."
Donn went to state that "it's hard to see how anybody could" match his tally of race winners.
"He's pushed it to the max. He's been champion every year, he's ridden over 200 winners every year. He started off when summer racing started so it's hard to see how there could be much more National Hunt racing or how anybody could ride in more races. It's hard to think what anybody else could do," said Donn of the undisputed greatest jockey of all-time.
Donn also gave his take on what McCoy may go on to do once he finally dismounts from a racehorse for the last time.
