Why 2015 looks to be a good one for Murray

For the fourth time, Andy Murray fell just short in his bid to win the Australian Open for the first time.

Yet again Djokovic was the man to deny him in a Grand Slam final Down Under, but according to ESPN's Luke Jensen, Murray can look at the year with great optimism.

"The key points came from Djokovic serving just a hair better with the first serve. But outside of that, it's one of those things where Murray can take a lot of momentum out of this after a down 2014," said Jensen on Off The Ball tonight, concluding that "2015 looks good" for Murray.

Indeed, Jensen believes there are more majors in him this year after getting over the "hump" of last year.

"I know he's going to win more Slams. It's just a matter of time," he said, adding that the decline of Roger Federer, coupled with Rafa Nadal fitness problems opens up more opportunities for glory for Murray.

But since replacing ex-coach Ivan Lendl with Amelie Mauresmo, the Scot has been showing more anger and emotion on the court like he used to in his early years.

According to Jensen that is not a positive move as it can play into the hands of an opponent.

Jensen also feels that none of the contenders outside the Big Four have consistently shown the level needed to regularly challenge for Grand Slams.

He believes Djokovic, who won his eight major on Sunday, can win up to 14 Grand Slams by the end of his career and Murray can make a greater impression at the French Open.
