Andy Murray booked his spot in the Wimbledon final this afternoon with a resounding straight sets over Tomas Berdych on centre court.
The Scot powered to a 6-3, 6-3, 6-3 over the number 10 seed and looked comfortable throughout, despite coming off the back of a five set match against Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in the quarter-final.
He can look forward to a Grand Slam Final that doesn't see him meet either Roger Federer or Novak Djokovic.

Another first is the fact that this is the first time since 2002, there will be a Wimbledon final without Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal or Novak Djokovic.
"The older you get you don’t know how many chances you’re going to get in grand slam finals," Murray said courtside.
"I’m glad I managed to get though today. Experience helps you cope with the nerves a bit better. You learn from those matches for sure, playing against some of the best players of all time."
Murray limited himself to just nine unforced errors in three set and made light work of the otherwise impressive Berdych, wrapping up proceedings in just under two hours.

Earlier today, Roger Federer was involved in his second five set match in almost as many days but this time came up just short against Milos Raonic.
Raonic becomes the first Canadian to reach a Grand Slam final and says that his victory was well earned.

"It’s an incredible comeback from me. I was struggling through the third and fourth sets. On a little opening I managed to turn it around. It was a great match," said Raonic.
Federer was visibly distraught after the game and told The Guardian: "This one clearly hurts because I felt I could have had it,” he said. “It was really so, so close. At the same time I totally overachieved here."
