Poor Rory McIlroy isn't having the best day at Royal Troon.
The Holywood golfer has struggled to make birdies to put him in contention for tomorrow's final round. He opened with three bogeys in his first five holes and his short game has led to him missing a number of birdie opportunities.
The game can get the better of most people and even athletes at the top level aren't immune to venting their frustration.
McIlroy hit a poor shot on the 16th and must have thought to himself 'enough is enough'. See you later three-iron.

We know that feeling. He has struggled to get going this afternoon and had to battle tough conditions last night in order to stay in contention come the third round.
