Tonight on Off The Ball, we looked at the Lisbon native in detail with football writer and Soccernomics author Simon Kuper and he touched on many areas including the relationship with Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger.
"He has a hand in a lot of the movements at the top of football and for example the fact that Arsenal's Wenger have never had any relationship with Jorge Mendes, that's stopped the club from getting a certain type of player," said Kuper.
