'It shows the class of the man' - Yeates on Mourinho's post-game handshakes

When it came to applying the icing on the cake for League One Bradford City at the mighty Chelsea, it fell to Tallaght-born Mark Yeates to score the final goal in an astonishing 4-2 victory in the FA Cup on Saturday.

A "mad couple of days" later, he joined us on the show to talk about the surreal moment and the aftermath.

"On the day, we probably deserved to win and the second half performance from the boys was top class," he said, as he soaked in the achievement of coming from 2-0 down to beat the Premier League leaders by a two-goal margin.

As for his calmly taken goal, Yeates said he felt "comfortable" as the chance came and sees it as one of the most important goals in his career.

The 30-year-old former Tottenham winger was also impressed by Jose Mourinho's "class" in the Bradford dressing room after the game.

"It was a nice touch. It shows the class of the man. He came in and right from the kit man to the last member of the squad, he shook everyone's hands and wished us all the best," said Yeates, who also discussed a career trajectory which has seen him play for 10 clubs in 10 years.
