Watch - Wednesday's #OTBAM - Liverpool, Cheltenham Tips, Ireland v Wales, Young Rice

#OTBAM is live from 7:45am

When it just seemed like you'd heard the end of Declan Rice, the Football Association of Ireland yesterday announced that the England international in waiting would be presented with the Young Player of the Year award at their annual ceremony.

Joining Ger Gilroy and Eoin Sheahan in studio this morning, Off the Ball's Nathan Murphy, one of those making up the selection committee for this award, will run us all through how the hell this has happened. After another dramatic night of Champions League action last night, the lads will also have a look at Liverpool's trip to Germany, and the chance of four Premier League teams in the last-eight of the competition.

Turning attention to rugby, we'll be continuing the build-up to this weekend's decisive Six Nations clash with Wales.

Once again, we'll bringing you all the news ahead of Day 2 at the Cheltenham Festival. With John Duggan joining us live on the line from Cheltenham, Eoin will bring the fruits of his labour to the table as he sifts through all the tips on offer in this morning's papers.

Darren Cleary will join the lads in studio shortly after 8:30am for a run through all of the morning's latest sports headlines.

For all that and much, much more, be sure to tune in to #OTBAM via Periscope, Facebook, YouTube or OfftheBall.com for 7:45am!
