What to expect from Off The Ball's Nollaig Na mBan Special

We've got something special lined up for you this Sunday, January 6th on Off The Ball.

We'll be marking Nollaig Na mBan with a special show celebrating the best of women's sport in Ireland.

And we've got a stellar cast list of interviewees and panellists across that day.

Interviewees

Our Off The Bench host Cliona Foley will talk to Irish hockey star Ayeisha McFerren. She will talk about her journey to the 2018 World Cup final and life away from the pitch.

We'll also look back on Ireland's famous Grand Slam win of 2013 with Niamh Briggs and Fiona Coghlan.

We'll also be hearing from Rhasidat Adeleke, European Youth 200m champion.

And given that it's Sunday, we will of course we'll have our Paper Review where we'll run through the key stories in the sports pages. Sarah O'Connor will join Cliona and Maire Treasa Ni Cheallaigh in studio for that.

Plus, we'll be keeping you up to date with all the day's live action on a busy day of sport - The Newsround brought to you by Valerie Wheeler.
