Premier League Darts returning to Dublin in 2021, Belfast off 2020 slate

The PDC has confirmed that Premier League darts will return to Dublin's 3Arena in 2021.

They've also announced a revised schedule for the 2020 Premier League that was halted due to COVID-19 in March.

The 2020 schedule was originally revised in March, with Belfast's SSE Arena still on the slate.

That's no longer the case, with the Marshall Arena in Milton Keynes now set to host six consecutive nights of action (August 25-30).

A planned double-header at Rotterdam Ahoy has also bitten the dust, as have stops in Birmingham, Leeds and Berlin.

Darts has proved to be one of the most resilient sports throughout the coronavirus crisis.

In April, they capitalised on players being stuck in their houses with the PDC Home Tour.

While Milton Keynes was also the venue for the PDC Summer Series which was won by world champion Peter Wright.

After the six-night stand at the Marshall Arena, the Premier League will continue with nights in Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle and Sheffield, before the top four players contest the Play-Offs at The O2 in London on its revised date of October 22.
