OTB AM were discussing the topic of funding within the GAA after President John Horan's comments that despite what people say Meath might be getting more funding per head than Dublin.
Horan was not able to confirm his comments so we spoke to Meath GAA's Operations Manager Seamus Kenny as well as Shane Flanagan who holds the same title in Leinster GAA to get to the bottom of it.
Also, Flanagan and Kenny spoke of the work that they were doing to grow GAA on the ground at a local level and how their work will shape the Leinster Championships of the future.
