Rás na mBan, Ireland's top international bike race for women is on this week from Wednesday 2nd to Sunday 6th with stages finishing in Kilkenny, Wexford, Carlow and Tipperary.

Irish cycling legend, Susan O’Mara spoke to Rachel Sheehan after stage 1 in Kilkenny about the importance of the Rás na mBan, and whether you have to be a little bit mad to be a cyclist.
