Fallon discussed the influence of Chelsea boss, Emma Hayes on the growth of women's football in England, her role at Chelsea as game analysis and strategy coach and the path that took her into coaching.
She also discussed her work as a football pundit, the reception she has received, her hopes for women's football in the future and her current role as the first-team coach at Galway United.
