A couple of Ireland regulars have made it into the team to battle Barbarians

Joe Schmidt has named the starting XV that will face the Barbarians in tomorrow’s clash at Thomond Park.

Leinster’s Ian Madigan has gotten the nod at out-half, with Ulster’s Paddy Jackson having been included amongst the replacements. Eoin Reddan partners his provincial teammate to complete a Leinster half-back pairing.

Uncapped Colm O’Shea partners Ulster’s Luke Marshall in the centre, with Marshall having last featured for Ireland in the November Tests last year before suffering with injury problems.

Craig Gilroy’s outstanding form in the Guinness Pro12 earns him a return to the wing and he is joined by Leinster duo Rob and Dave Kearney in the back three.

Jamie Heaslip captains the team from number eight in a back row that also includes Ulster pair Robbie Diack and Chris Henry.

Devin Toner and Dan Tuohy make up the second row, while Schmidt has gone for an all-Leinster front row of Jack McGrath, Richardt Strauss and the uncapped Tadhg Furlong.
