Connacht out-half Jack Carty is facing up to three months out following a freak accident while on holiday.
He suffered a ruptured spleen following an incident on a water slide in Dubai.
Carty will remain in hospital for a week after having the spleen removed.

Meanwhile prop JP Cooney played an hour for Garryowen at the weekend, as he nears the end of his road to recovery from shoulder surgery.
