Ireland U20's 19 - 13 Italy U20's
With Shane Daly scoring their crucial sole try of the game, Ireland came away from the home fixture against Italy with a six point win in the Six Nations.
Ireland did enough to build on their victory against England the last day, but it was by no means an emphatic victory for Nigel Carolan’s men.

And it was the visitors who snatched the initiative early on. With Conan O'Donnell condemned to the sin bin, Italy maximised their superiority in numbers by scoring 10 points without reply.
Irelnad went to the half-time break trailing 13-6 before launching into a second half rally, punctuated by two further Brett Connon penalties and the Shane Daly try to steer them six clear.

The Italy attack came crashing against Ireland's defences repeatedly until the end of the game, but the hosts held firm and they now look towards their final game against Scotland next Friday.
