'I dont think Munster will fear Glasgow too much'

Oisin Langan spoke to the current Irish women's head coach and former Munster and Ireland scrum half Tom Tierney on the Monday Rewind about Paul O'Connell's potential last game in Thomond Park and Munster's Pro12 final.

Paul O'Connell left the field on Saturday to a guard of honour from his team mates and Tierney said he is unsure if O'Connell will return to the club game after the World Cup, but feels his time at Munster is up.

"His understanding of the game is second to none" and Tierney feels O'Connell will stay close to the game but he fells the Ireland captain is still an asset as a player or a coach.

Ian Keatley had a poor day from the kicking tee against Ospreys but Tierney feels he is "only option for 10" despite the poor display as JJ Hanrahan is joining Northampton next season.

Conor Murray may miss the game after leaving the Thomond Park pitch with a knee injury at the weekend. It may be a loss but Tierney feels Duncan Williams performed admirably in tough circumstances at the weekend.

The Ireland women's head coach feels his fellow scrum half will miss the game in Belfast against Glasgow but should be fit for this Autumn's World Cup.

Tierney expects Anthony Foley's side to win on Saturday and win the Pro12 title for the first time since 2011 to win their fourth title.
