Luke Marshall on the Les Kiss "hairdryer treatment" which sparked Ulster's Oyonnax comeback

As Ulster prepare for a crucial Champions Cup encounter against Saracens, centre Luke Marshall says "hairdryer" treatment from the province's director of rugby Les Kiss and words from captain Rory Best helped inspire their comeback win over French side Oyonnax in the previous pool match.

His team-mate Paddy Jackson had spoken about Best's verbal contribution but Marshall says Kiss' show of anger was also helpful.

"At 23-0 down, we got a bit of hairdryer treatment from Kiss and then Best spoke really well," the six-time Ireland cap told Off The Ball.

"You don't see [the hairdryer treatment] too often but Saturday was one of them moments when it was definitely needed. I think he was just frustrated at how poorly we'd played. We'd trained well that week and obviously that's not what we're about. We let ourselves down. He was pretty justified to give us that treatment."
