Connacht coach Pat Lam is happy other clubs are looking at his players because it means they must be doing something right.
Speaking to Joe Molloy on Off The Ball he said "Not many people knew who Bundee Aki was before he got here. Not many people knew who Ultan Dillane was, and even Munster obviously didn't know who Ultan Dillane was before he came to Connacht."
"I love that. It means we are on the right chord and long may that continue [...] It's good for the players. It's good for Connacht rugby. It means we are heading in the right direction," he added.
Speaking about the European Cup this season ahead of their opening game against Toulouse, the head coach said his target is to make the knock-out stages of the competition.
"We saw the doom and gloom," said Lam. "No Irish team got through to the play-offs. So we set that as our goal."

"Number one was to get there. We did all that hard work that has got us there, we want to do our bit. There's four chances for Ireland now to get into the knock-out rugby, and we want to do our bit and try and get Connacht Rugby in there. Obviously we want all four through. All we can do is concentrate and hope the west of Ireland do their bit."
