#OTBAM is live from 7:45am!

It's Adrian Barry and Eoin Sheahan on morning duty to see out the end of another busy week in sport.

Alan Quinlan will be in the #OTBAM studio this morning to take a look at where the Irish provinces stand ahead of their respective Champions Cup semi-finals later this month. With Saracens and Toulouse awaiting Munster and Leinster respectively, we'll get Alan's take on who he expects to see in the final.

Former Down footballer and founder of the Gaelic Players Association Donal O'Neill will also feature on this morning's show. Reflecting on everything from the 1991 All-Ireland final to the emergence and development of the GPA, Donal will also discuss his involvement with Irish Heart Disease Awareness.

Ahead of the weekend's Grand National from Aintree, John Duggan will be joining the lads in the #OTBAM studio to discuss the race and who he fancies to do the business.

Thom Malone will join the lads in studio for a run through the morning's sports news shortly after 8:30am.
